Online registrations
A must for any modern event. You create your own event on our platform: your races, ticket prices, extras and entry form. It captures all the data you need and makes sure every runner accepts your indemnity. Card payments, EFT for large groups, discount codes, extras such as shirts, and charity donations are all built in.

We prepare the race packs: race bib, pins and the disposable timing tag, ready for every runner so the event can be timed properly. Pack collection is tracked, so you know who has picked up and who has not.

We, or our timing agents, take care of the electronic timing. With RFID chips, results are produced instantly and accurately for small club races and large crowds alike.

Results are displayed on our results website the moment they are ready. Organisers can share the link or print the sheets. We group results by category for prize giving, and every event stays searchable for years.

A certificate for every finisher with your colours and logo, and a share card runners make with their own photo for social media. Both come free with the results.

Entries can close online a few days before the event, while late entries are taken at the race desk by cash or card in the days before and on race day. Every payment is recorded against the person who took it.

For single-lap races we send each runner a personal SMS the moment they cross the finish line. The message can include a note from the organiser.
